Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP HCM Consultant
As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, identify areas of improvement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualification - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
- This position may require travel and /or relocation to Project / client locations.

Preferred Qualification
- At least 7 years of experience in functional experience in SAP HCM Payroll for US and Canada as core skill
- Experienced in leading HCM US & Canada payroll AMS engagements
- Experience with working on enhancements, continuous improvement initiatives, presales and solution development.
- Working knowledge of the HR Cluster tables, payroll schemas, US taxes, HRSP, BSI Tubs
- Experience in US based clients/CPG industry with SAP HCM payroll Support preferred
- Experience in SNOW tool and Remedy and good understanding of SAP Solution Manager and Charm processes
- Experience with SAP Activate Methodology
- Good Analytical and Communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular work from office and support outside normal work hours on need basis.
- Experience in leading global teams
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
