Responsibilities

NURSE MANAGER POSITION- BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Horizon Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for our clinic in Highpoint, NC. The OTP Registered Nurse is responsible for overseeing the daily nursing operations at Foundations Health while coordinating nursing efforts to ensure that patient care is provided in accordance with regulatory standards. You will provide leadership and guidance to departmental nursing staff including participating in hiring and training staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates nursing schedule to ensure adequate clinic coverage
• Ensures nursing documentation meets regulatory standards
• Completes weekly dosing uploads in the Central Registry
• Completes monthly physical inventory courts and reports
• Ensures all inventory and DEA-required records are maintained in accordance with regulatory standards
• Ensured physician orders are carried out
• Coordinates medication reviews and staffing with program physicians
• Ensures take-home assessments and bottle recalls are conducted in accordance with clinic policy and regulatory standards
• Participate in treatment team meetings and provide feedback to the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Current NC RN license
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in an addiction care setting (Inpatient, Detox, Partial Hospitalization, OTP).
• Supervisory Experience
