Job description

Under limited supervision, the Senior Customer Service Representative responds to customer inquires and places customer orders to ensure customer expectations are accurately determined and met. This role has in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services. The Senior Customer Service Representative develops and broadens relationships with customers to fully understand needs and wants. This role provides guidance and advice to less experienced Customer Service Representatives.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, we are excited to share that the base pay range for this position is $27.33 - $35.57 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Motion, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
