Position Summary Duncan Financial Group is seeking a Plan Analyst to join our Plan Administration team. Duncan Financial Group's Third Party Administration division has been in business for 30 years designing and administering qualified retirement plans. We have an immediate need for an experienced 401(k) Administrator. Local and remote candidates are encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Annual Valuation Reports
- Annual contribution computations, including new comparability
- Determination of eligibility and vesting
- Testing of Nondiscrimination, coverage and top heavy
- Trust Accounting /Asset Reconciliation
- Prepare 5500, 5330 and 8955 Forms
- Calculate Required Minimum Distributions
- Communicating with clients via telephone and email correspondence
- Establish and Maintain Plan Document including amendments, restatements, notices, SPD, SMM, etc.
Qualifications: - 2+ years experience in Defined Contribution Administration
- Proficient with Datair, PensionPro and Microsoft Office systems
- Knowledge of ERISA, DOL and IRS regulations
- Ability to multi-task, accuracy, dependability, sense of integrity, and self-motivated
- Ability to meet deadlines timely
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Detail oriented
