Job description

We have a group that specializes in Managed Care/Risk Management in Oklahoma City and Tulsa OK. They keep older adults healthy and assist them to be healthy active seniors.

They are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join their quality team of providers in Oklahoma City and Tulsa OK . They are looking for someone with a focus on quality patient care. They are looking for physicians that believe in taking time to care for our adult community needs; and they want their physicians to have the time, and the right team to accomplish this. They offer a Quality Work/Life for their staff.
As the Primary Care Physician, you are the lead of their team-based medical team. They are a value-based care provider focused on quality of care for the patients we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Focusing on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention
Demonstrates both autonomy and proficiency in performance of comprehensive health assessments and communicate Plan of Care with Patients and/or their families.
Proficient in diagnosing, treating and managing the Medicare Advantage population with multiple comorbidities
Effectively communicates with all members of the care team and facilitates a medically appropriate and effective plan of care to avoid unnecessary duplication of testing, and fragmentation of care.
Observes the scope of practice in the state in which he or she is licensed and working in.
They Offer:

A Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule, Outpatient only. No weekends, No Holidays
An average of 12-16 pts per day.
A well trained supportive care team, this allows the doctors to spend time with their patients and provide quality care.

****Base compensation $240-260k/yr plus bonuses.
QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from an accredited MD or DO accredited program.
Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
Unrestricted Medical License and DEA Licensure in the state of practice or the ability to obtain a license prior to employment
Up-to-date CPR Certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system - specifically ECW
Knowledge of Medical Advantage is a plus, HEIDS, MRA and ICD-10 Coding
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $240,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
