Job description

Physical Therapist (PT) needed for 13 weeks in a skilled nursing facility in Flower Mound, TX.
All candidates presented must be capable and comfortable with the 88-90% productivity. This position will have a guarantee of 32/hrs per week. Only candidates with at least a minimum of 1 year SNF experience will be considered (That is experience in a free standing skilled nursing facility). Candidates with Rehab Optima experience will be given first priority. A Texas license or compact will be required.
