Job description
The Administrative Manager is responsible for the operational functioning of the organization on nights, weekends, and holidays.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Collaborates with team members and managers for staffing decisions.
- Oversees hospital activity, both clinical and administrative.
- Acts as a resource for all departments and team members.
- Monitors hospital volume and throughput needs, collaborating with the Bed Management Department and other key stakeholders.
- Mentors staff and provides direction as needed.
- Collects data and compiles reports as needed and ensures compliance with regulatory/mandatory reporting requirements while on shift.
Required:
1. BSN
2. Valid NJ Nursing License
3. 5 years clinical bedside experience
Preferred:
1. MSN preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care facility strongly preferred
