About the Department:
The University Advancement division is a comprehensive development and alumni relations enterprise with a staff complement of approximately 135 full-time employees. Functional units within Advancement include development/fundraising, alumni relations, stewardship and donor relations, advancement communications, special events, gift processing, research, prospect management, gift planning, corporate and foundation relations, information systems and management, and infrastructure services.

About the Position:
Working with the Advancement HR team, this position is responsible for assisting with various Human Resource functions for the division of Advancement and Alumni Relations including the transactional efforts for the HR function including maintaining proper documentation. Additionally, the position collaborates with the Advancement HR team on project management, communication, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. The position also assists with special projects, as assigned.
