We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your role will involve managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.

$850 - $1200 per week

Duties:
- Manage correspondence, both incoming and outgoing, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Maintain and update office records, including filing and retrieving documents as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment, such as printers and copiers.
