Introduction:

Cyrten seeks a Systems Integrator for a long-term program supporting an IC customer in Herndon, VA. This position requires active full-scope polygraph clearance.

The Systems Integrator will provide integrated portfolio support of joint cloud efforts and assist in creating and evolving governance and management processes. They will work with division-level IT Program Managers and staff to plan and coordinate program management process activities. The Systems Integrator will also facilitate control gate activities, coordinate with mission partners and other team members, and support the response to corporate action taskings. They will manage and plan technical meetings and assist in identifying, coordinating, tracking, and monitoring action items, projects, issues, risks, and project schedule activities.

Work Requirements:

  1. The Candidate shall provide integrated portfolio support for joint cloud efforts.
  2. With Customer oversight, the Candidate shall create and evolve governance and management processes to include the management of technical and executive program management interchange meetings, support to ongoing collection and program analysis, reporting, and coordination.
  3. The Candidate shall support the creation of technical plans, guide implementation, require community and customer-wide coordination of activities, and define program phases, sequencing, and deliverables for the customer’s systems.
  4. With customer oversight, the Candidate shall work with division-level IT Program Managers and staff to plan and coordinate program management process activities and leverage experience to recommend streamlined and efficient business processes, including developing standard operating procedures and associated documentation.
  5. With Customer oversight, the Candidate shall assist in facilitating all control gate activities, including, at a minimum, tailoring, planning for, gathering details, determining stakeholders and signatories, and conducting briefings.
  6. The Candidate shall coordinate with mission partners, CSPs, and other team members to ensure problem solutions, appropriate risk reduction, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  7. The Candidate shall assist the Customer in identifying, coordinating, tracking, and monitoring action items, ongoing projects and initiatives, issues and risks, and project schedule activities.
  8. The Candidate shall manage and plan technical meetings.
  9. The Candidate shall support the response to corporate action taskings.

  4. Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  5. Demonstrated experience in business and management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
  6. Demonstrated experience monitoring project costs, schedules, and performance and assessing variances from the plan to take corrective action.
  7. Demonstrated experience identifying complex problems, reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options, and implementing solutions.
  8. Demonstrated experience communicating clearly and concisely, sufficient to convey complex ideas and information on technical or administrative-related issues in a well-organized, logical, concise, credible, and courteous manner appropriate for the situation, topic, and listener.
  9. Demonstrated experience making sound and timely recommendations or decisions in unique situations, considering alternate actions.
  10. Demonstrated experience working independently and amongst a team to address roadblocks and deliver results promptly or provide the most relevant course of action.
  11. Demonstrated extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications to format and adapt submitted correspondence.

  2. Demonstrated ability to work with Customer staff, Candidate personnel, and external stakeholders.
  3. Demonstrated experience with or working knowledge of the Customer’s domain.
  4. Demonstrated experience with or working knowledge of cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.).
  5. Demonstrated experience with or familiarity working in or with the Department of Defense.
  6. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
