**Recruiter (Contract Position)**

We are seeking driven and enthusiastic Realtor recruiters to join our team on a contract basis. As a recruiter, you will have the opportunity to utilize your own strategies and efforts to attract top talent.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

- Competitive pay: Earn a commission for each recruited Realtor, with the potential for residual income during the first 6 months of employment.
