Summary of the Job

ZipRecruiter is in search of a Salesforce Developer eager for continuous development and opportunities for growth. As a key member of the Enterprise Applications Team, you'll leverage software development best practices and SaaS-based experience to automate business processes for ZipRecruiter. This role involves building highly scalable, maintainable solutions and will spearhead process automation, and support integrations across diverse business systems. This position provides support to Sales and Customer Success, along with all front-office departments comprising of 650+ users.

Key focuses:

• Implementation of Salesforce processes and Salesforce applications
• Implementation of integrations using modern languages and cloud architecture
• Develop custom solutions with Apex/Aura/Lightning/AWS/Python
• Participate in solution design sessions with other developers and administrators to develop applications and features that are user-friendly and scalable
• Support current Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Live Agent, Omni-Channel Implementation, and CTI implementations
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to understand requirements and translate them into solutions

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years system development experience within Salesforce
• Proficiency in coding languages including, Apex and JavaScript
• Experience in API Development and Implementation
• Ability to read and write SOQL queries
• Experience with unit testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an e-commerce, ad agency or high transactional environment
• BS degree in computer science, software engineering, or another technical discipline
• Proficiency in Python and systems such as Git
• Experience with Lightning Web Component Framework

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $147,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
