Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Tri-City Air-Conditioning Co, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales, service, and technical teams to coordinate appointments, process orders, and handle billing inquiries. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, documenting interactions, and following up to ensure all customer needs are met. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.

2. Provide information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.

3. Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.

4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.

5. Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and reconcile accounts.

6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.

7. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.

8. Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.

9. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

10. Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.

- Proven experience in customer service or related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
