Job Title: Employment Law Associate
Salary: $120k - $106k Base
Requirements: Employment Law, Excellent Writing Skills, Plaintiff Representation

What You Will Be Doing

As one of our Associates, you will be responsible for wage and hour, discrimination, and whistleblower cases. Your workload will include taking depositions, attending mediations, trial prep and will require strong writing skills for preparing legal documents.

What You Need for this Position

- Employment Law experience required, Plaintiff representation preferred
- Strong Writing Skills
- Expertise in Wage and Hour, PAGA, Discrimination, Wrongful Termination, Severance Pay and Workplace Retaliation case law
- Must have experience preparing and attending depositions
- Must be proficient in the Discovery process
