Overview 

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and documenting business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation of efficient solutions, particularly within the government contracting domain. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in leveraging SharePoint for collaboration and document management.

Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather comprehensive information.
• Process Analysis:
• Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Work with project teams to streamline and optimize processes.
• Government Contracting:
• Apply knowledge of government contracting principles and regulations to analyze and document specific business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant government guidelines.
• SharePoint Utilization:
• Utilize SharePoint for effective collaboration, document management, and workflow automation.
• Configure and customize SharePoint solutions to meet business needs. 
• Develop reports and dashboards as needed. 
• Support the testing and validation of implemented solutions.
• Ensure that the final deliverables meet business requirements.
• Training and Documentation:
• Provide training and create documentation for end-users on new processes and systems.
• Maintain detailed records of business analysis activities.
