About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Services Mail & Facilities Specialist ll who is a hard-working, dependable, and energetic team player. The responsibilities of this position are to perform all mail center duties, performing a variety of facilities duties, as well as cross train to support Corporate Services as needed. This is full time position onsite at our Dublin corporate office.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Process outgoing shipments (Fed Ex, DHL, UPS, OFFICE DEPOT, STAPLES, etc.), run postage and prepare outgoing mail for pick-up including stamping envelopes.
- Track and log all incoming deliveries (Fed Ex, DHL, UPS, OFFICE DEPOT, STAPLES, Certified Mail, etc.)
- Sort and distribute mail and carrier packages according to destination, receiving signatures as proof of delivery to two office locations in Dublin, CA.
- Load, unload, and stock office supplies, paper supplies, cleaning supplies, janitorial supplies, refreshments, etc.
- Run errands as necessary (get gas in company van, Costco, etc.)
- Assist in general cleanup and janitorial services as needed such as: accidental spills, emptying of garbage, cleaning restroom fixtures, sweeping and mopping of floors, vacuum and other tasks as needed to support the facilities team.
- Perform minor general building maintenance including but not limited to hanging pictures, moving furniture, install monitor arms, change light bulbs, etc.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report any damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards immediately to Manager.
- Install all Versadesk units and monitor screen stands as well as assemble furniture as needed (bookcases, storage racks, etc.)
- Maintain personal mail center charges spreadsheet and email employees with charges monthly.
- Maintain all AED units and perform monthly maintenance checks.
- Assist with all aspects of relocation of employee workspace/offices including moving furniture as necessary.
- Perform additional job responsibilities in relation to the facility as may be requested by Supervisor.
What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
- Any combination equivalent to high school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate
- Ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining cooperative and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work assignments with vendors, company employees and management.
- Must possess the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be customer service oriented and show respect for others while working in a physically demanding environment.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time commitments.
- Ability to take initiative and work with team members to accomplish goals in a fast-paced and changing work environment.

- Ability to adjust work schedule as needs arise in a rapidly changing environment; prioritize and organize work related tasks and special projects.
- General computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Must possess a valid California Driver’s license.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
- Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, onsite at our Dublin corporate office.

The starting rate for this position is $18.70 – $27.00. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
