Job description
Seeking a Data/Systems Analyst for the following role -
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze, design, and implement system solutions that meet business needs and objectives
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, test scripts and documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide user support
Evaluate and recommend system enhancements and process improvements
Analyze and interpret data from various sources and systems
Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports
Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and data gaps
Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions
Requirements
Very proficient in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau
Experience with mainframe software tools, such as TSO, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS, or MQ
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of business processes and best practices in various domains
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and cloud platforms such as Azure is preferred
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field, AND 5 years of progressively responsible, full-time, paid experience in a centralized Information Technology organization*, performing information systems analysis and design, application development, network administration or operating systems analysis
Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $45.00/hr - $46.00/hr and is an Exempt role.
Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
