Work Location: Chandler, AZ
Job Title: System engineer
Duration: 12 Months

Work with project / initiative teams to insure proper design and infrastructure patterns for high availability, failover, infrastructure / code certification, and customized monitoring.
Work on controllers and tools for integrating enterprise shared services into Kubernetes ecosystem.
Focus on implementation and adoption of Container technologies and best practices for automation, deployment, configuration, monitoring, and ensuring the reliability and robustness of the platform as it scales in scope and usage.
Develop and build automation tools and processes to support development and production environments.
Work collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team
Design, build, and release APIs supporting Secure Platform initiative.

Primary Skill
Kubernetes, Containers Platform Engineering

Secondary Skill
Full stack Development

Required Skills
3+ year experience as a systems engineer building distributed enterprise platforms with focus on performance, scale, security, and reliability.
Good understanding of the container technologies
Experience developing applications using twelve-factor design patterns.
API development using Go/Python/Java languages.

Desired Skills
Experience in financial services industry
Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery practices and automation tools
