PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
- Reviews purchase orders and requisitions for accuracy and compliance with TaborStreet’s centralized purchasing policies and requirements.
- Runs Dun & Bradstreet reports on all suppliers.
- Facilitates the vendor vetting process for new suppliers.
- Maintains updated files about inventory that is used or moved to avoid possible discrepancies, as well as receive returned equipment and keep records about shipments.
- Compiles and uploads monthly fleet asset reports; distributes monthly GPS reports.
- Helps ensure consistent fleet onboarding process which includes approval workflow, ordering standard, branding, DOT compliance, and insurance.
- Helps ensure all fleet and pool vehicles are properly inventoried, logoed, registered, insured, maintained, have any necessary legal paperwork processed appropriately, and helps manage and audit departmental data. This may include occasional trips to the DMV.
- Records inventory activity into company databases, complete daily transactions and link them to the appropriate departments and assist supervisors with inventory replenishing tasks.
- Responds to internal customer requests for fuel cards, lost vehicle registrations, and other day-to-day inquiries.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
