Position : Excavator Operator

Travel: primary location Newark, DE; open to regional travel

We are currently looking for a Excavator Operator to join our team at our Newark project. Reporting to direct field supervision, the Equipment Operator is responsible for proficiently and safely operating all required equipment, to include GPS equipped dozers and large excavators. The ideal candidate is able to carry out rough grade and finish grade operations, assist with digging, laying pipe, trenches and other tasks. He or She should be able to work independently as well as be able to communicate effectively. This position works along with the entire Project Team to support the completion of assigned construction projects and ensures all plans move forward to meet projected deadlines in safe manner. This is a safety sensitive position requiring work on construction sites with various safety hazards inherent in heavy construction.

This position is subject to drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
