Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Salary: $85k - $115k + dependent on experience
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience as a Superintendent, 1+ years with commercial construction experience

We are looking for a Superintendent to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of ground-up and TI commercial construction projects, including but not limited to banks, religious facilities, schools, and small healthcare facilities. They will work with the Project Manager to ensure accurate project schedules and will spearhead on-site responsibilities including safety, materials procurement, subcontractor management, and finishing.
