Mulvaney's - Immediate Kitchen Manager Needed

We are Mulvaney’s B&L, a celebrated fine dining restaurant in the heart of midtown. Our commitment to social change, mental health, and community betterment sets us apart. As a Kitchen Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the general manager, nurture positive relationships with staff, and ensure the smooth daily operations of our kitchen. This role offers a chance to learn and grow in a fun and loving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperating with the general manager on project planning and staff management.
• Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
• Delegating daily tasks effectively.
• Addressing issues promptly.
• Supervising staff and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Setting a positive example for the team.

Requirements:

• 5 years of supervisor/management experience in a high-volume table service restaurant.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good observation skills.
• Ability to deliver constructive criticism.
• Computer literate with basic Math skills.
• Identifying weaknesses and providing necessary coaching.
