Job description
In your new role you will :
- Become our next Application and Product Sr. Manager leading lighting, power supply and transceivers for the next generation of software defined vehicles.
- Create and deploy the Go-to-Market strategy and coordinate the regional execution, keeping up on latest trends, requirements, partner relationships and customer messaging.
- Take business responsibility in our marketing teams providing oversight to develop new product concepts, innovation projects influencing our application roadmaps.
- Establish and develop trusted relationships with key OEM/T1’s customer engineering personnel and key decision makers.
- Engage with global product lines and regional Sales, FAEs and SAEs on strategies and best practices impacting our business growth and strategic direction.
- Guide our next steps in making vehicles greener, reducing their carbon footprint.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- B.S. Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. An MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
- 10-12 years of design experience as an Automotive electronic hardware and/or systems engineer.
- Understands linear, switching power supplies and their application.
- Developed automotive lighting applications interior, standard front and Adaptive Drive Beam (ADB), rear combination lamps with the newest UART protocols for animation and external greeting features.
- Familiar with System Basis Chips (SBCs) and their value proposition
- Manages Functional Safety topics for systems and PMICs (ISO26262)
- Enjoys presenting in business meetings and technical conferences.
- Handles complex problems and has a strong desire to own their business.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface with customers, present solutions, and work closely with Infineon Sales and Business Unit partners.
- Enjoys promotion, marketing, and business development activities.
- Inspires teams and management to follow their vision in a changing marketplace.
