Under the direction of the Program Director, the Outpatient Clinician will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. Compensation:

Fee For Service

• $45/hour for MA Level
• $50-$55/hour MA Level with initial license or additional language capacity
• $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level experience
• $60-$70/hour for independent license

Premiums paid for:

• Non-English language capacity
• Experience
• Select clinical specialties

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field
• At least 1 year of clinical experience
• In office and at patient's home visits are required 

Fee for Service Therapists with a 15-hour caseload are eligible for pro-rated benefits after two years
