We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the design and manufacturing within four product segments. This person in this role will be a key definer of culture, driving operational excellence and urgency.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide strategic planning and direction by managing the people, processes, and tools to execute current, planned, and projected work.
  
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to achieve on-time delivery and project targets.
  
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to release, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
  
• Foster a data driven culture focused on analytics and predictive tools to facilitate decision making process.
  
• Coordinates with customer facing teams to resolve operational customer complaints and non-conformance and lead the identification & implementation of corrective/preventive measures.
  
• Maintain an audit-ready operation and participate in external audits as required.

What You Need for this Position

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline
10+ years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing
6+ years of experience in Leadership (hiring, planning, strategy, execution, capital, etc)
- Product Lifecycle management
- Lean/Six Sigma Manufacturing
- Geometric Tolerancing
- 3D Modeling
- Sheet Metal
