4 | Required | Proven experience in software testing, preferably within an application development environment. |
4 | Required | Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools. |
4 | Required | Familiarity with programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++, and experience with automated testing frameworks. |
4 | Required | Solid understanding of system architecture, databases, and operating systems. |
4 | Required | Proficiency in using testing tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks. |
4 | Required | Excellent problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. |
4 | Required | Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in cross- functional teams. |
4 | Required | Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. |
4 | Required | Experience with Agile development methodologies. |
4 | Preferred | Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. |
1 | Preferred | Relevant work experience conducting performance testing using LoadRunner. |
