Position Overview:

To accommodate our expanding business, we are seeking a highly qualified individual with a growth mindset to join our team in the role of Business Development and Project Manager. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for nurturing a book of existing client relationships, cultivating new profitable relationships, and helping to manage each project to successful completion. The Business Development and Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of our company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven individual with a proven track record in cultivating client relationships, generating new business, and effectively overseeing custom projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Client Relationship Management:

Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business and regular referrals.

Proactively address client needs and concerns to enhance overall client experience.

New Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.

Follow up on inbound leads coming from the company’s website and phone calls

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Sales and Proposal Generation:

Collaborate with the design and production teams to create compelling proposals that align with client needs.

Meet with clients to review sign designs and cost estimates to secure the order.

Get client feedback on design concepts and keep the sales process moving forward

Project Management:

Project Coordination:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final installation, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to facilitate seamless project execution.

Get pictures of completed sign installations to share with marketing team

Effectively coordinate with internal team members to meet project demands and timelines

Quality Control:

Support Magnify’s quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality signage solutions.

Conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Follow-up with clients to ensure project satisfaction, resolve concerns

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development and project management preferably associated with custom manufacturing.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to drive business growth through effective client relationship management.

Solid project management skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong math skills for dealing with measurements and cost estimating.

Demonstrated ability to work with standard desktop software (Microsoft Teams/365) and aptitude for learning new programs (which will include estimating software and GIS mapping software for sign permitting processes)

Ideal to have familiarity with sales experience in industries with custom design and fabrication processes (manufacturing, design+build construction, etc.)
