Summary
The Child Development Center located withing RCOC is a well-respected child care center in Racine, serving (caring for, educating, working with, etc.) both typically developing and special needs children ages 0 weeks through 14 years. We are dedicated to meeting every child at their developmental level through play, while meeting the family's needs by connecting them to community resources. The Child Development Center is looking for a highly motivated teacher to join our amazing team.
Pay is based on Wisconsin Registry Level and certifications.

Duties Responsibilities include:
- Meeting the health and safety needs of all students
- Ongoing observations, portfolios and assessments
- Establishing and maintaining positive child and parent communications
Requirements We are looking for a passionate person with:
- Registry Level 7 or higher
- Assistant and Lead Child Care Teacher certification, or willing to complete within 6 months
- Availability to work Monday through Friday 9:00-3:30 with a Level 9 or higher on the Registry and a strong knowledge and background working with preschool children
- Availability to work 11:30 to 5:30 (two positions) Monday through Friday with a Level 9 or higher on the Registry and experience with infants and toddlers in a team environment.
