Job description
ADP is in a hybrid model. We are required to be in the office 3 days per week.
ADP is hiring a Project Manager II . In this position, you’ll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously from concept through completion to ensure a positive client experience.
- Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
- Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timelines, and budgets
- Responsible for monitoring project tasks daily and keeping tasks on track with project timelines; identifying resource needs, and escalating functional, quality, or timeline issues appropriately. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
- Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources
- Work collaboratively with other departments/business units impacting the project.
- Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through the completion of the project
- Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
- Set clear direction to ensure all project stakeholders understand their tasks and deadlines.
- Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects
- Make decisions based on information and input promptly
- Motivate team members and keep all parties engaged.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- At least three years of project management experience
- Experience with construction projects preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- PMP or equivalent professional project management certification
- Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies
- Knowledge of functional areas and related company products
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Commitment to being accountable for results
- Capacity for building relationships both internally and externally
- Strong focus on client service
- Ability to think independently and make decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative approach to work
- Capacity to effectively manage a team.
