COMPLETED MS PROJECT ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED IF THERE IS INTEREST


The Project Analyst will be responsible for meeting individual objectives outlined by the PJM Divisional Portfolio Manager. PJM has custom corporate processes and tools for capital projects that are subject to funding and financial planning guidelines, including an annual audit. The Project Analyst will work closely with the PJM Project Manager and subject matter experts in order to comply with the corporate process in addition to applying industry standards and best practice Project Management methodologies (e.g. PMI PMBOK).


MBA or Engineering Degree preferred
PMP certified a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
5+ years experience with MS Project / MS Project Server (version 2013 or higher)
5+ years experience with MS Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUP formulas)
5+ years experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) in a project management environment
5+ years experience in large scale IT Projects preferred (HW and/or SW; >6 month projects; >$1M budgets)
1+ years experience with procurement, competitive budding, RFIs/RFPs, and SOWs
Must understand the difference between Capital and Expense costs/budgets Start Time: Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
