About the role:
We are seeking a Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst in the Enterprise Marketing Analyst Group at Boston Scientific. As the Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work with divisional marketing teams to improve their efforts. By helping teams identify KPIs and reporting needs, you will shape impactful projects. In this role, you will carry projects from inception through delivery. This role provides a unique opportunity to be close to the business and enabling better decisions through data.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement from our Marlborough, MA, offices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop relationships with divisional marketing teams to understand needs and goals.
- Build, maintain, and enhance marketing and omnichannel dashboards and reports.
- Coach divisional teams on KPIs and reporting needs.
- Develop and share best practices with global marketing teams to improve data collection around omnichannel strategies.
- Collaborate with data engineering to enhance data collection and core reporting data models.
- Create data models to support reporting and dashboards.
- Collaborate with and communicate results to global marketing teams.
- Provide support for global marketing analysis needs.
- Create reporting for global business teams to track progress toward goals.
- Proactively identify reporting needs and gaps.
What we're looking for:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of analytics experience.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Experience in analyzing omnichannel digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4.
- Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language).
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:
- Experience working within Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with global teams within a matrix organization structure.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud platforms.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Snowflake data platform.
- Knowledge of and experience with Python or R programming languages.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, characterized by meticulous attention to detail and a natural inclination towards intellectual curiosity.
- Proven track record of effectively working with peers and presenting to both peers and managers.
- Proficiency in leading projects from inception to completion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
