MUST RESIDE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING STATES FOR LICENSING COMPLIANCE PURPOSES: ARIZONA, COLORADO, GEORGIA, IDAHO, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, IOWA, KANSAS, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA, NEVADA, NORTH DAKOTA, OHIO, OREGON, SOUTH DAKOTA, UTAH, WASHINGTON OR WISCONSIN.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, where you demonstrated excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, pay attention to details, and maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Empathy and Patience: Show empathy towards customers' concerns, be patient in explaining complex insurance concepts, and provide reassurance during difficult situations.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable working with various software applications and tools, including customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
