Skilled Nursing Care Hospitality Aide

We are currently hiring for casual positions.  

We’re currently seeking dedicated Hospitality Aides for our skilled nursing healthcare center at Luther Acres, a Luthercare community in Lititz, PA. We offer casual/PRN positions.

WHAT YOU DO:  

As a Hospitality Aide at Luther Acres, you’re an integral part of ensuring our residents are comfortable by enhancing their overall health and well-being. You’ll do this by performing non-direct nursing services under the supervision of licensed nurses, including:  

• Serve as an important link to communicate residents’ direct care needs, requests, or interests to nursing assistant team members and others on the clinical care team  
• Answer resident call bells and assist with non-direct care needs  

• Make beds, organize and stock nursing supplies, and assist with passing water, ice, and meal trays  
• Read mail and write letters when requested by residents  
• Safely transport residents to and from the dining rooms, activities, salon, therapy, etc. as well as assisting to provide activity programming and special events

Luther Acres – located in the charming, historic town of Lititz – is a Continuing Care Retirement Community with a long history of providing excellent care and services. It is part of Luthercare, which is a not-for-profit, faith-based, and mission-driven organization. Luthercare provides a network of services through its full continuum of care with three communities in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. Luther Acres is its largest community, with nearly 600 residents living across its independent living cottages and apartments, personal care apartments, and skilled nursing healthcare center.  

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:  

• High school diploma or equivalent
