Role : Data Analyst IShift Timings : 8 am to 5 pm
- 100% Onsite role.
Skills Looking For:
- The project involves managing data change requests and updates within the ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- The CMDB contains approximately 300,000 managed asset records.
- Responsibilities include processing data change requests and resolving data change records.
- Proficiency with CMDB navigation and data management.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with business units.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
- Proficient is using Excel including vlookups and formulas.
- Experience with reporting tools like Crystal Reports is a bonus.
-Day-to-day Responsibilities: Processing data change requests in the CMDB; Interacting with business stakeholders to clarify requirements; Updating and resolving data change records.
Education and Level of Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, or data management with 3 to 5 years of experience in systems and data management.
- Candidates with extensive reporting experience may not be the best fit if they prefer reporting work over data management.
Top 3 Skills:
- Proficiency with CMDB navigation and data management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and seek clarification when needed.
Interview Process:
- One to two rounds of interviews, possibly conducted via Teams.
