Job description

That all starts with what we are looking for, a dedicated Project Director with great leadership qualities and experience in commercial and healthcare building. We are growing extremely fast and would like to have a Project Director that takes pride in their work, is a team player and has a high level of communication skills.
-Oversee Project from beginning to end while keeping in close communication with Superintendent and Project Executives
-Maintaining files of documents as back up for estimate figures
-Secure building permits
-Monitor all of construction progress and relay to team
-Maintain communication with clients, team members and partners
-Problem solving within the field and subcontractors
-Bachelors degree is a plus
-10+ years of experience leading healthcare and commercial projects
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc
