We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Remote Events Coordinator to join our growing team!
As a Remote Events Coordinator you will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing events remotely. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs create event proposals and manage all aspects of event planning from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and create event proposals.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the delivery of services and products.
- Manage budgets and ensure events are within budget constraints.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain positive relationships.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices.
- Book the event venue at your clients desired destination
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Must be 18 Years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a laptop and/or a smartphone
