Recruitment Specialist
Are you looking for a new career that offers growth potential? WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Passionately recruit: source and screen contractors through passive and active candidate resources including job board postings, social media, networking, and internet research.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
- Assist with verifying, evaluating, and investigating contractor credentials prior to placement.
- Attend and participate in job fairs and networking recruiting events and sessions when available.

CONTRIBUTE TO THE DELTA-T DIFFERENCE! The Recruitment Specialist will develop and maintain client relationships, and actively recruit professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: - Minimum of an Associate's Degree or relevant years of experience in recruiting, telemarketing, call center, and customer service or staffing experience.
- Previous experience in Healthcare, Education, Human Services, or related industries (preferred).
- Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes.
- Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems.
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal, and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
