We are seeking Water Meter Installer Katy TX to join our team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined. Experience with plumbing or irrigation is a plus!

Water Meter Installer Job Duties:
- Digging small trenches to lay down PVC pipe and fittings
- Removing mechanical components of water meters in residential settings
- Repairing landscaping and filling in trenches after installation or repair
- Replacing mechanical components of water meters in residential settings
- Working safely and courteously around clients on residential property
- Checking existing meters and performing meter tests
- Working in the shop assembling or disassembling meters and equipment for installs
- Completing production goals daily and weekly as set by manager
Water Meter Installer Requirements:
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
- This position requires physical tasks such as squatting, sitting, kneeling, as well as being on your feet for extended periods.
- Experienced with irrigation, plumbing, landscaping, pipe fitting, etc.
- No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever
- Able to start ASAP
- Able to work in all elements including rain or heat
- Live within 40 minutes of Katy
- Clear driving record and valid driver’s license
Location: Katy, TX
Pay: $18.00
Shift: M-F 6:30 am – 5:15 pm
