General Information - Warrensville Heights, OH
- $25-35/hour based on previous experience.
- 1 st shift, Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, Saturday 7am-12pm
- Temp to Hire or Direct Hire opportunity with the company.
As the CNC Programmer Machinist you would be responsible for writing and/or editing programs, setup, and operation of CNC Mills and Lathes in a job shop environment.
Duties/Responsibilities - Using CAD/CAM or machine controls to write and modify programs for CNC Lathes and Mills.
- Reviewing blueprints and CAD files to obtain information needed for program.
- Setup CNC machine, perform 1 st piece runs, and have approved before running parts.
- Evaluate parts prior to manufacturing. Make machine adjustments as needed.
- Using precision measuring tools to inspect parts.
- Shop math.
- Forklift operation.
Skills/Qualifications - 2 or more years' experience with CNC Mill and Lathe programming and setup.
- Perform basic math, have strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to work with minimal supervision job shop environment.
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Will be subject to pre-employment screening.
