Job description
I am looking for an energetic, outgoing, and hard-working individual to join my Recruiting team as our new Recruiting Assistant. This will be an -in office position in Fort Worth. This will consist of sourcing and recruiting candidates to work in our nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Positions will include CNAs, Nurses, dietary staff, housekeeping, maintenance positions, and more.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a recruiting related role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Social Media Platforms and recruiting related software.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with Canva is a plus, but not required.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent Organizational and time-management skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to self-direct with efficiency and speed for a variety of special projects for the recruiting department.
- Understanding and familiarity with a variety of job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Work-In-Texas.
