Position Details

• Seeking BE/BC general urologist
• Practice includes 16 urologists and 6 advanced practice providers currently
• Clinic opening will support offices in Hoffman Estates, Arlington Heights and new Schaumburg location
• Call will be taken at call at Northwest Community Hospital and Alexian Brothers
• Call of 1:4
• Large referral network with >900 physicians
