Today, we provide services to Future 10 Health plan companies and Healthcare providers. BroadPath essential business functions include customer experience, sales, and back-office operations. 

Overview:

BroadPath is seeking a seasoned executive leader to lead and grow a specialized business unit that provides best-in-class member acquisition and retention services to the healthcare payer sector. This executive will oversee an operation spanning four different sites located in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Illinois. Working as a market leader, they will assume P&L responsibility for the business unit, develop new service offerings, execute the growth strategy, take ownership of KPI attainment, and manage key client relationships. Collaborating with site leadership, this strong leader will develop and elevate the capabilities and performance of a multi-level team to drive innovation and operational service excellence.

 

This individual should have both deep and broad expertise within the Medicare Advantage sector, with a minimum of five years’ experience leading large-scale member acquisition centers (licensed agent headcounts in the 100+ range). The ideal candidate would also possess prior experience working in a variety of MA units beyond growth and acquisition (member retention, customer care, care coordination, appeals and grievances, etc.).

Although the position will require up to 50% travel, the individual must reside within a commutable distance from either our Tucson, AZ or Salem, OR offices.
