Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$102,600.00 - $169,400.00

What Is the Opportunity?

Travelers' Claim Account Executives (CAE) team collaborates with Claim management, underwriting, marketing, and business insurance partners to deliver our claim value proposition and create a customized claim service program to meet the unique needs of prospective and existing customers. As a Claim Account Executive, you will be the customer's claim liaison, leveraging your skills in relationship building, analytical, consultative, sales/marketing, and problem-solving to provide exceptional service and achieve optimal outcomes for claims. You will assist in developing highly effective relationships with customers, distribution resources and are responsible for meeting organizational financial objectives including new business and retention. Manage and facilitate claim reviews to ensure it is a positive experience and meeting the needs of our customers, agents, brokers and claim professionals. Occasional travel may be required.
