This is a hybrid position - You must be within commutable distance of the Community Mental Health Centers in New Hampshire

The Program Director for Evidence-Based Practices (EBP) will lead programs to provide training on designated evidence-based practices and participate in fidelity reviews of these practices in the State’s community mental health centers.

1. Develops & implements EBP strategies and supporting business objectives in accordance with the New Hampshire State Contract.
2. Works in concert with State agencies to align policies and procedures for program operations.
3. Establishes and provides oversight to budgets defined with the State contract.
4. Reviews and reports program performance and corrective action plans quarterly to the Department of Psychiatry Administrative Director.
5. Develops staffing plan and training schedule.
6. Lead consultant to provide training and supervision to EBP Trainers / Consultants within this contract.
7. Develops and maintains positive relationships with the Bureau of Mental Health staff and Community Mental Health Center (CHMC) leadership throughout the State.
8. Oversees coordination of CMHCs to arrange for fidelity site visits for Evidence-Based Supported Employment (EBSE), Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), and Illness Management and Recovery (IMR).
9. Conducts fidelity site visits for EBSE, ACT, and IMR and writes up reports documenting the findings with feedback to the sites.
10. Oversees coordination of arrangements for trainings on EBSE, ACT, and IMR.
11. Provides trainings in EBSE, ACT, and IMR.
12. Provides consultation to the CMHC leadership on workforce development.
13. Provides consultation and collaboration to the Bureau of Mental Health Services on implementation of evidence-based practices and workforce development.
14. Performs other duties as required or assigned.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling from an accredited educational program.
• Two (2) years of experience providing fidelity review services.
• Two (2) years of experience providing training services as well as teaching or training.
• Three (3) years of experience providing services within a community mental health center providing evidence-based services.
• Administrative experience implementing evidence-based practices in community mental health settings desirable.
• Direct experience training people and doing fidelity reviews for EBSE, ACT, and IMR preferred.
