Job description
Our client in Asheville is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their office. This position is fully on-site paying $20-22/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and answer phone calls
- Input purchase orders into the order system or fill an order
- Contact customers regarding billing and invoices
- Process payments that come through
- Update customers on the status of their orders
Qualifications:
- Previous clerical and customer service experience
- Highschool diploma (Associates degree preferred)
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work with a team
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20-22/hour depending on experience
- Temp-to-hire but could consider Direct Hire
- Once hired, company health benefits and PTO
