Position Type + Hours

This is a full-time onsite, salary, non-exempt position. Core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. 

Job Description

A Customer Service Representative, as part of a team, acts as the coordinator of customers’ needs, process orders, sets production schedules, and provides quotes. The team is responsible for managing email inboxes, determining priorities, and working with production teams on urgent requests to ensure customer’s needs are met.
