Job description
We are recruiting a high-energy, driven Global Account Manager with proven experience in SaaS or IT Solution selling. A value-driven sales approach is key. Ideal candidates should have a solid track record selling business solutions in the Life Sciences business. Salesforce offers a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be provided the tools, resources, and outstanding leadership to sell cloud based business applications.
You will lead, orchestrate and operationalize a team that is highly independent, enjoys client facing interactions and has deep understanding of strategy. You will need to be innovative, creative and always looking to drive the organisation forward. You are able to design a strategy, look at the bigger picture and translate this into measurable actions.
You will work very closely with one of our largest and most strategic global accounts as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult on the Salesforce Platform to evangelise solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.

* Excellent relationship building and communication skills - comfortable with C-level engagements.
* Validated consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
* Drives significant coordination amongst groups such as Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc. to drive account strategy
* Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
* Experience with driving strategy and a vision for the customer's future.
* Continuously seeking innovation - innovative mentality and entrepreneurial approach.
* Able to work within a matrix model, both internally and externally.
