We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote After-Hours Customer Service Representative to join our team. This part-time position involves handling customer inquiries, crisis management, booking service calls, and dispatching for various service locations.

What you will do:

• Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers
• Manage customer concerns by providing appropriate information and assistance to customers in urgent need while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Schedule service calls and appointments for customers
• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to multiple locations, ensuring timely response to customer requests.
• Work collaboratively with a remote team to share information, address challenges, and provide support when needed.
• Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and service offerings.

• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
• Available to work part-time hours during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work remotely, but located in Central Louisiana or South Alabama

 

  Requirements:

• High-speed internet connection at the remote site.
• Dedicated home office setup.
• Ability to plug the computer into the modem for a stable connection.
• Comfortable using computer and phone systems for remote work.
• Flexible and teamwork focused.
• Available to work on holidays
