Vista is interested in hiring an experienced RN House Nursing Supervisor (RN) who is looking to broaden his/her skills and gain valuable experience working in a community hospital that worked hard to achieve status as certified Centers of Excellence in numerous critical areas of patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in planning work of assigned units and coordinates activities with other patient care units and related departments.
• Ensures that patients' needs are met and evaluate unit nursing care and performance.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.

• Registered Nurse in Illinois
• BSN/MSN preferred
• ACLS
