work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing

of payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees

• Utilizes the payroll and time and attendance systems to answer questions, process payroll,

review/update information and resolve issues for employees and managers.

• Ensures accurate and timely processing of new hires, terminations, change of status, etc.
• Checks timesheets for accuracy, compiles data, and uploads data into database/payroll provider

for 300+ employees

• Maintains appropriate documentation and audit log regarding payroll
• Identifies and recommends updates to payroll accounting software, process, and procedures
• Communicates with Managers and Insperity personnel to process payroll in a timely manner
• Helps with reconciliations and problem solving related to payroll
